I’m not cold in Los Angeles… but I would like some rain, please!
Oh, yes! We would love rain too. We are way behind and starting off this month we are behind three inches. You guys are going to feel the effects of La Nina. I am afraid it is going to be drier. Sorry for the bad news in Cali.
It is a bad deal all the way around!
