Peru Express Cafe in Houston, Texas offers some of the tastiest food I have eaten. It was my first experience with Peruvian food and I just loved all the dishes, especially the lightly-breaded seafood platter. The salsas were quiet different than what I am used to, but bursting with flavor. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere casual, but best of all is the wonderful service.
