Police – A Haiku
Aggressors, danger,
Preservation of order,
We work to protect.
2014 Albert Moyer, Jr.
This haiku is a tribute to all the law men who work hard to preserve order
in a country that can sometimes be very unappreciative.

Death – A Haiku
Cessation of all
Breathing, thinking, and feeling
Corpse of body lies
2014 Albert Moyer, Jr.
Interesting how topics come to mind. Death came about because of all the recent killings in America.
It would be nice if we could all get along and care for our
fellow brothers and sisters who suffer spiritually, physically, and mentally.
