I have eaten so many Mexican dishes in my lifetime and I must say the food at Hugo’s Mexican Restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The service also exceeded my expectations. My group started with Chaupulines or Grasshopper tacos, and Queso Flameado which was cut and divided among four tortillas. We also had Cabrito/Goat, Barbacoa/Lamb, and Carnitas/Pork along with many great salsas and condiments. The Churros for dessert where amazing! Dulce the Leche and Chocolate! Oh, my! So awesome!
