People are anti-Christ if they reject the word of the Lord and refuse him in their lives. People are also Anti-Christ if they tell you need to be a certain religion to partake in communion, or to ask Christ into your life. They are against Christ, supporting Satan, and like the snake in the Garden of Eden they spread lies and deceit, often with no biblical knowledge, or their own take on it. Anti-Christ’s tear apart spiritually, rather than uplift. They reject God’s words as imaginary, made up, or not the only way to God, and the way they live life shows it. They hear the voice of the Holy Spirit calling them, but they reject it, because they think their opinions are greater than God. Anti-Christ’s think they are their own God, but their consciousness is tormented, and the bed they sleep on is like hot coals. They cannot find peace, joy, or rest. Their anger is always ready to launch out at Christians. Watch a person’s actions, not their words. Anti-Christ’s are extremely cunning and crafty with the tongue, but they always reveal whether they serve God or are Anti-Christ through actions. If you are a discerning Christian with spiritual vision, God will let you see clearly. If you reject God, you can see nothing. God will blind you to truth. Scripture verses that back this notion can be found in Matthew 12:30, James 4:4, 2 Corinthians 4:4.

Many times, I hear Christian believers say, “Oh, just pray about it.” In today’s world, we see much strife, stress, drugs, abuse, crime, corruption, human trafficking, etc. This behavior is growing exponentially,  along with people giving up on learning, and actually joining the wrong mix.

When you mix today’s problems with the lack of learning, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand society has major problems.

Christian friends prayer is worthless without works. You can pray all day in the middle of a desert, “Dear Lord, please send me food.” There is a great chance you will die of starvation. The same goes for society. If we sit idle, without rising up, to counter the trend of degradation, society as we know it will die too.

James 2: 14-17 : 14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

As I looked outside this evening, I noticed the doves starting to settle in, fluffing their feathers, and preparing for the 19 degree overnight temperatures. This is really cold for Houston, Texas. It got me to thinking,”Look at them! They will sit overnight, fluffed, warm, and survive. God provides a way for them.” We are much more valuable, so don’t worry. Your needs will be covered. It may look as if all hope is gone, but I tell you just as these birds survive, so will you in your toughest times. Never lose faith!

Matthew 6:26

New International Version (NIV) 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

There is no room in the kingdom of God for macho men trying to impress one another with their collections of “toys” or “possessions.” It doesn’t matter whether these toys are cars, biceps, girlfriends, church members, or certificates of deposit. There is no room for this power struggle.

Even our failures as Christian men are successes! They represent the miracle that you and I survived!

You can never become what you want until you can drop who you used to be.

God has commanded me to tell you that you are not who others say you are!….You are more than other people’s opinions. Why should others name you, determine who your are, and set the limits of your success?

Christian men you are a prince, and the devil knows it. That’s why he’s been trying to assassinate you.

True manhood doesn’t flow from the natural, it flows from God’s supernatural source.

Jesus Christ was both God and man, lion and lamb. The art is to have both and to know when to be which.

Many times relationships arrive at their demise because we fail to discern problems before they escalate to emergencies.

There is a difference between discussion and argument.  A discussion airs the issues, but an argument alleges charges and appoints blame.

People can never give you what they have not received.

If you want to climb from the mediocre to the supernatural, find someone who is doing what you want to do and do it with them.

God wants strong men who lead instead of weak men who only follow.

You can’t have genuine friendships if you hide your true self.

Once you understand God is committed to you, loneliness is impossible.

Many men struggle with commitment because we seldom see it in others.

If you want some good advice, don’t take the opinions of others to seriously.

Teach your children wisdom. Teach them how to make and handle money without worshipping it.

I am my wife’s resting post and my children’s compass. If I do not effect my family in a positive way, then my presence in my home is a disgrace to God!

Tell the enemy,”I am a man of prayer. I will be knocked no lower than my knees.”

Although God made a wonderful place for Adam to live, the man  remained less than complete. He needed a woman. Keep in mind, though, that she completed his purpose, not his person. If you’re not complete as a person, marriage will not help you.

When you decide to help somebody, you won’t have to carry them forever. Just get them to Jesus.

Faith for the believer is what gasoline is for the automobile.

It’s not enough for us to go to church together. We’re not really brothers until we can laugh and cry together.

We need heroes today. We need someone to believe in and look up to. We need role models and men shadows we may stand in, men who provide a cool, refreshing place of safety away from the despair of our oppressive society.

Thoughts are previews of coming attractions.

In a world where people seem void of commitment and become so easily distracted, it is comforting to know God will not give up on you.
