I took this photo in Ville Platte, Louisiana along Main Street. It is a beautiful quiet little Cajun town. The people were fed up with loud car stereos and sagging pants. They passed a laws, and you now get a $250 bond, and trip straight to jail for violating either law. Every city should have this sign.

However, it is sad when a city becomes the fashion police.
It is sad when a government has to tramp the rights of a few good, perhaps fashionable people to protect the majority. If only a few idiots could understand basic courtesy.
